At Press & Glow, we want you to love your nails. Each order is carefully checked before it is packed and shipped, but if something is not quite right, we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes items that have been opened, worn, used, or removed from their original packaging.

We also cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns where an item is defective, damaged, or where you have received the wrong product.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it so we can assess the problem and make it right. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the issue

- A brief description of the problem

Return Approval

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. Items returned without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@pressandglow.com.au.
