Each Press & Glow set includes 30-32 nails in 15-16 different sizes, giving you plenty of options to find the best fit for each fingernail. This wide size range helps create a comfortable, secure fit and a more natural-looking finish.

Before applying, select the press-on nail that best matches the width of your natural nail, ensuring it fits comfortably from edge to edge without touching the surrounding skin. If a press-on nail is almost the right fit but slightly too wide, use the included nail file to gently shape the edges for a more comfortable, custom fit.

Press & Glow nail sets include everything you need for an easy at-home application: 30-32 gel press-on nails in 15-16 sizes, a sheet of 36 adhesive tabs, nail file and buffer, strong hold nail glue, a cuticle pusher, preparation wipe, application instructions, and a Press & Glow storage box.

For short-term wear of 2–3 days, we recommend using the adhesive tabs. They are easy to apply, gentle to remove, and perfect if you only need your nails for a special occasion or weekend wear.

For longer wear of up to 2 weeks, we recommend using the nail glue. It provides a stronger hold and is best suited for those who want their Press & Glow nails to stay on for an extended period of time.

1. Prepare your natural nails.
Gently file and clean each nail with the alcohol pad provided to remove any dust and oils.

2. Select.
Select the right size press-on nails for each finger and set aside, arranged in order.

3. Adhere.
For short term wear we recommend using our premium adhesive tabs. Select the adhesive tab that best fits your nail and firmly apply. Use the cuticle pusher provided to remove any air pockets.
For long term wear we recommend using the strong hold glue provided. Apply a thin layer of glue to both the natural nail & press-on nail and wait 10 seconds for the glue to become tacky.

4. Hold.
Apply the press-on nails from the base of the natural nail and press down for a minimum 30 seconds.
- If using adhesive tabs, remove the top film layer before applying each press-on nail.
- If using glue, wipe off any excess with the alcohol pad provided.

TIP: Avoid contact with water for at least 1 hour after application.

Soak nails in warm soapy water for a minimum of 15 minutes.

2. REMOVE.
Once Nails begin to feel loose, gently lift the side of the nails.

3. CAUTION.
Do not use force to pull the nails prematurely, as this may damage your nail bed and the reusable press-on nails.

Yes, Press & Glow nails can be reused when they are applied, removed, and cared for correctly. We recommend using adhesive tabs if you intend to reuse the nails, as the tabs are gentler to remove and leave less residue behind.

If nail glue is used, reuse may still be possible, but it can depend on how much glue remains on the nail after removal. Always remove your nails gently, clean off any leftover adhesive, and store them in your Press & Glow box for next time.

Yes. If your Press & Glow nails are slightly too long or wide, you can gently file them to adjust the length or shape for a more customised fit.

We recommend shaping them slowly and lightly with the included nail file, checking the fit as you go. For the best finish, file in one direction and avoid over-filing.

Please note, some designs may have limited room for trimming, especially French tip styles, as shortening them may alter the overall look of the design.

Preparation wipes can help remove oils and residue from your natural nails before application, allowing the adhesive tabs or nail glue to bond more securely.

If you do not have preparation wipes, you can gently wash your hands with soap and water, dry them completely, then wipe each nail with a small amount of rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover before applying your Press & Glow nails.
